Restock & Audit Options
Option A - No Charge Audits
Our technicians inspect the master seal of the kit and document its expiry date and sign the audit sticker. Should the master kit seal be compromised, they will examine the individual seals of each module. If any of these seals are broken, the affected modules will be reordered and billed based on the costs listed on page 4. An A4 compliance PDF report is provided for each kit.
Option B - $20 per kit audit
Our technicians inspect the master seal of the kit and document its expiry date and sign the audit sticker. Should the master kit seal be compromised, the individual contents of each module are counted and verified. Any missing items are ordered and billed as necessary. For each kit, we provide a compliance A4 PDF report detailing the item count from the unsealed modules. Please note if the kit is sealed there will be no charge as per option A.
